A Few Important Notes
- All packages require a minimum 3-night cabin rental booked separately. Includes the full cabin with hot tub, sauna, cold plunge, riverfront access, fire pits & all amenities
- Rehearsal time is included with all packages (day before or morning of) and will be self-coordinated or managed by your planner or day-of coordinator. A list of local coordinators is available upon request
- Couples are responsible for providing their own florist, photographer, officiant, and decorations
- All weddings require a one-day Event Liability Insurance policy (typically under $150 and easy to obtain online) and a signed Event Agreement — view our step-by-step insurance guide →
- $600 refundable damage deposit required for all packages
- The cabin rental is subject to our standard cabin cancellation policy, separate from the wedding package cancellation policy below
- Please note that the Timeless Toccoa cabin accommodates up to 16 overnight guests. While a couple of additional visitors stopping by is perfectly fine, gatherings beyond your registered guest count are not permitted at the cabin. All wedding ceremonies and receptions take place exclusively at the on-site event spaces — not the cabin
- Need more sleeping space? The Timeless Toccoa cabin sleeps up to 16 guests. For larger groups, there are 5 additional cabins on the property available for extra overnight guests — just ask!
- Additional guests beyond listed package counts are welcome — contact us for a custom quote
Wedding Package Cancellation Policy
- Cancelled within 72 hours of booking: Full refund
- Cancelled 90+ days before your event: 50% refund
- Cancelled less than 90 days before your event: No refund
- Damage deposit fully refundable regardless of cancellation timing
